Rules for the executive members

• Office bearers shall not act independently. They are advised to seek guidance from the faculty coordinators.
• Office bearers including executive members are elected newly every year to ensure the democracy of this club.
• Nomination for office bearers and executive members can be done only if the student member earns the required credit points for the respective posts.
• The selection process of the office bearers and executive members is selected through the suggestions from the administrative committee.

• All students are represented by the “Department of Environment and Social Welfare Activities”. No student shall be represented by their respective engineering department.
• All students are required to follow the rules and regulations stipulated by this club.
• Every member will be provided with a Badge
• There will be a periodical meeting every month to discuss the proceedings of the club.
• Students can volunteer themselves on their own interest. No students shall be forced by any means for club activities.
